R2 to psychic rehab

I have tenant space that is R2 residential is being converted to psychic rehab center. The space has 3 treatment rooms. The treatment room is going to have rehab specialist counselors (licensed social workers, mental health counselors and therapist) and psych nurse practitioner. Would the treatment rooms fall under the 517 version of NEC 2017 or not?
