Rain tight vs wet location fittings

Are the wet location compression style fittings a different color generally than rain tight fittings?
Black is wet location?
Light blue is rain right?

There is only wet and dry. I don't think there is a required color code. Most common brand here is Arlington and they have a blue tinted nut. I have seen some with black in the past.
