Would a raised floor system in a office building fall under Article 604 Manufactured Wiring Systems ? The system for example would be the Hubbell Connexion Zone Distribution System. The zone distribution boxes are hard wired from electrical panel to zone box i know for what ever wiring method you used it would have to strapped accordingly. Do the extender cables (like reloc) that go to floor boxes installed in raised floor have to be straped?

Based on the manufacturer's statement "The Hubbell CONNEXION Zone Distribution System is a factory assembled, plug and play modular system" I would say it falls under 604. Not only that but the components of the system meet the requirements of 604.

Pursuant to 604.6 the cables will have to be secured as per the respective sections:
AC - 320.30
MC - 330.30
LFMC - 350.30
