Range Bonding Strap

Hooking up a 4 wire cord to a range.

Flat copper bonding strap.

Anything wrong with with unscrewing strap from the frame and folding it back up and attaching to the neutral block? It loops from neutral to neutral.

Or should it be cut off or completely removed? What is the best practice?

All of the ranges I've installed lately don't have the strap attached to the neutral terminal. They're just left hanging in mid-air. I just leave 'em that way.

I fold them back on to themselves as you indicated. I dont remove them entirely. Who knows where the range will end up in the future.
