VA is not a measure of amperage either, it is a measure of power without regard to power factor, so it includes both true power as well as apparent power that results from having reactive current. If you have a power factor of 1.0 then VA is the same as watts.Volts and VA are not the same.
Va is a measure of amperage not voltage
