Raw Power & UPS Power Cable in Same Tray

Hi,

Is there guidelines/Standard/rule that Raw & UPS power cables should run in diff. cable tarys ?. or it can run in a same tray.

That is a design issue and not a code issue. If by "raw" power you mean the supply to the UPS, putting it in the same tray creates a "single point of failure" condition that may not be acceptable from a design stand point for some installations.
