it was posted quite awhile back in the rules that you don't post a thread with nothing but a link. if the OP had explained what was in the link, and started some discussion, it probably would've been allowed to stay.

It's been standard practice for a long time now. I was surprised to see there wasn't a post in the forum rules thread. I fixed that.
