Reach In Cooler and Freezer lights

Anyone have experience with changing the lights, tombstones and ballasts? Got the parts (lamps, tombstones and ballasts) They are older units. All in use. No snap on/off trim (only a rear access ballast panel) to get access from the front with out removing the faces, which then would need to be glued back on or something. What the heck kinda adhesive have you used? Considered LED retrofit but either way will have to take the faces off, and LED more than they want to spend now. What a pain so far.

That type of lighting is not easy to work on for sure. The old style deli cases were total nightmares. All I can say is good luck and maybe find an unemployed contortionist to lend a hand.

All I'm left with it hope, that I'll find some miracle adhesive.
