In regards to section 404.8, On a busway installed at 15 feet above the working surface, does each fused switch have to have a hook stick or a rope to make it readily accessible?

Can a hook stick be provided every so many feet and it still be readily accessible?

The problem I have had is the janitors make broom handles out of the hook sticks.

I think a stick within the immediate area and identified will comply with readily accessible.
