Well I guess he is entitled to a few million. :roll: He is "blaming" Home Depot. How about just accepting the fact that it was a stupid joke and that you are an idiot for even sitting on a public toilet seat without looking first.

I heard on the radio that this guy has tried this scam before, I think last time he tried to sue an airline if I'm not mistaken for the exact same thing.
