Recent changes to NFPA 70e

I was told that there have been some changes that make it easier to comply with the PPE requirements for hot electrical work. Is this true, or is management just fishing again?

As far as hot work.... I don't see anything that's changed. Still, the best choice.. TURN IT OFF, LOTO.

If anything they are more severe: HRC=1 now requires a face shield, and HRC=2 requires ear and neck protection (hard to accomplish except with a sock/hood).
