I was told that there have been some changes that make it easier to comply with the PPE requirements for hot electrical work. Is this true, or is management just fishing again?
If anything they are more severe: HRC=1 now requires a face shield, and HRC=2 requires ear and neck protection (hard to accomplish except with a sock/hood).
