So there is nothing in the code book that requires that you need any receptacles in churches, commercial building, hotels motels or warehouses?

210.63 does not require 20 amp receptacles, they can be 15 amp.

It actually doesn't require any receptacles unless there is heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration equipment.

And might need some for show windows, not necessarilly 20 amp, unless one will supply more than 7.5 feet of window width if considered a continuous load, or 9 feet if not. 210.20(A), 210.62 and 220.14(G)(2), depending on this and that.

210.50(B) Cord Connections. A receptacle outlet shall be installed wherever flexible cord with attachment plugs are used. Where flexible cords are permitted to be permanently connected, receptacles shall be permitted to be omitted for such connections.

The NEC does not require any receptacles in a commerical building, but those that are installed are counted as part of the connected load at 180 VA each.
In a dwelling unit, receptacles are required, under the 6 ft rule, but all the receptacles are counted in the 3 VA/Sq Ft. IE in dwelling unit you can have an unlimited number of receptacles.
