Receptacle Color Designation

I was having a discussion with a couple colleagues of mine regarding receptacle colors. Does anyone know the receptacle designation colors practiced by the industry? We half agreed it was the following:

Emergency Generator: Red
Generator: Orange
UPS Power: Blue
Isolated Ground: ??? Whats your opinion? Someone indicated this was orange as well.

I don't think there is any industry wide practice.

I agree that generator backed up receptacles are generaly red and Isolated ground receptacles are orange but only the triangle need be. HG receptacles will of course have the green dot and in the morgues I have worked in the receptacles are usually spotted with red and brown.
