Receptacle loading in a high rise calculations

Looking to size the busway to serve a single tenant in a 12 story building. We are looking to hold this to a minimum. My question is how to account for the receptacle load. Using round numbers, lets say 180VA per each duplex, I come up with 100KVA. Per Table 220.44 I would take 10kVA plus 50% of 90 or 45kVA and therefore consider my demand load to be 55kVA. I'm being told however that of that 90kVA I need to determine what the "non-continuous" load is and take that portion at 100%. I gather that if a receptacle is used for, for example, a printer, I need to take that at 100%. a) is that accurate and b) where is this defined in Article 220? Thanks

If I have a list of specific appliances like copiers, water coolers, other equipment that are called out on the plans I use 220.14(A).
If this is just a homework question I'd take a look at 220.14(K)
EDIT for clarity, the table only applies to I and H recepts
