Receptacle Loads in Manufacturing Area

Is there an area of the code which determines loading for maintenance receptacles that are adjacent to or within auto manufacturing assembly lines? I don't believe the 180 VA covers fans, drills, vacuums, etc, other things that would be used inside of an assembly line.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

From the NEC, 2014 edition.

90.1 Purpose.
(A) Practical Safeguarding.
The purpose of this Code is
the practical safeguarding of persons and property from
hazards arising from the use of electricity. This Code is not
intended as a design specification or an instruction manual
for untrained persons.

If someone wants you to design the layout for an auto assembly plant and you're asking this question, they're likely to get what they deserve. No offense. I work for an MEP firm now and there are guys who know how to do this; I'm certainly not one of them and I wouldn't touch it if asked.
