Receptacle located next to stove range

The outlet is located and part of the cover plate is buried behind the range. Plug is barely accessible. Does NEC allow this?

Take a look at 210.52(C)(5)

It's a yes and no type answer.
 
You're allowed to have a receptacle behind the stove and one on the counter so why not split it? My house I would move it. You could rewire, or blank it off maybe not a violation if it's an existing install. New install you'll need at least 2 receptacles for the mandatory 2 circuits.
