NEC 210.52 (2) (2) mentions space occupied by fixed panels in exterior walls, excluding sliding panels requires receptacle outlets. If the fixed panels are glass walls floor to ceiling (three panels approx. 10' wide by 8' high) along one side of a living room that is approx. 30' wide are receptacle outlets still required every 12 linear feet? If yes, would the receptacle have to go in the floor slab within 18" of the glass walls?

Commentary from 2014 handbook:

"Fixed glass panels in exterior walls are counted as wall space, and a
floor-type receptacle close to the wall can be used to meet the
required spacing."

Yes and It sounds like you will need two floor outlet receptacles minimum to cover the 'wall space'.

PS need UF in the floor.
