It is, it's called a "Duplex Radio Outlet".
Single gang handy box, duplex outlet, upper part of the duplex was the plug in for the aerial, the bottom was the 110V for powering the radio.
Once installed into the handy box, the metal plates in the middle created a barrier between the line voltage on the lower part and the aerial wire (considered LV) on the upper.

The 7 layers of white paint was added later...

I have been in many older homes that had a single wire antenna strung along the peak of the attic.

There used to be plugs that had one blade that could be rotated on its terminal screw. I remember discovering that when I was a kid, before I ever saw a matching receptacle.

I couldn't find a picture of one, but I suspect one of these plugs will fit in the upper slots:

One prong is for a long wire (not tuned) AM radio antenna. The other prong is for an earth ground (not necessarily related in any way to the AC electrical system.) I think the angled slot is the antenna, but do not rely on that.

Same with the device in the photo I posted. It was a from a house that was about 80 years old and it had about 7 or 8 coats of paint that I removed with paint remover just to see what it was.
