Receptacle with rotated face.

Anyone have a source for one of these? No supply house around me seems to be able to locate one.

Sorry, I didn't realize when I posted the picture that the pieces rotate.

What I'm looking for is a receptacle with the plug-ins permanently rotated 90 degrees from the standard position on the yoke, like the top half of the receptacle in the picture.

The only right-angle receptacles I've seen are Eagle brand GFCIs and the Leviton Acenti line:
