Receptacles installed on window frame

So I had a question regarding installing some outlets on window frame in a commercial building. Customer has windows in his business from floor to ceiling and is needing some outlets in that area. Can I mount electrical box with outlets on the window frame per code. Gonna run conduit and boxes along window framing/trim.

If the receptacle is not face up in the floor you can install them along the window frame.
