It sounds like there are 2 issues to address
1) Is it a wet location? IMO, the eyewash station by itself does not make it a wet location, as others have pointed out. Other factors (e.g. outdoors) may define certain areas as wet location, then go WP as needed.
B) Is GFCI protection required? In some of your locations it's probably required anyway, regardless of the eyewash. IMO, GFCI protection is often good risk-management even if not required by NEC. Recommend to your management that GFCI be installed for safety regardless of code.
