We have a hotel project where the rooms will have multiple pods/modular beds (like in Japan or a hostel) that have electrical for receptacles, lights, small fan, etc. The pods will be prefabbed in pieces, but built on site, so the electrical will be installed at the site and not at the factory. I am figuring AFCI/GFCI circuit breakers and MC branch circuits wiring, but I can't find anything in the codes with specifics I might be missing. Has anyone ever done something like this? Any code sections I should be looking at? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am having a hard time figuring how this will be pre built and then get wired... Are you sure there is no electrical in the pods and they just snap together . there would be a common place for the circuits, would be my guess

The problem is the info I get from the Arch keeps changing due to the owner. They are prefabbed pieces, like high end Ikea furniture, that has hollow walls for wiring, and for the receptacles and other devices to be installed in the field along with the pods being built in the field.
