YOU can even put a frig in your closet.Just no bed...........hmm if i have a roll out bed in closet is it now a bedroom?
Have seen some closets that are bigger than bedrooms.

I worked for a customer who has much money and multiple homes. One of their homes has a closet for his wife that is almost 2500 sq feet, it is three levels and has a computer controlled clothes rack and shoe rack that can bring all of the clothes she picks out into her dressing room, of course which is more than 700 sq feet.

Have had customers with his and hers closets and even built in drawers but never 2500 ft with computer.Guess mine are kinda poverty millionaires.
Had one that had elevtor to go to the guest bedroom.Any guest in my home that can't walk up stairs can sleep on the couch.

This same women has a $10,000 a month clothing allowance and her husband told me she never spends less, always more . You should she her dressing room.
There are rooms in the house they never go in. The artist who was painting on the walls was on the job for more than a year. His paintings were so realistic that bees tried to fly into his flowers, and vines were creeping onto the ceiling.
The job was the most fun I had wiring a house since I have been in business.
When they were redesigning and building the driveway it encroached on a neighbors property, so they bought the house/property instead of relocating the driveway, nice to have some extra dough!!!

actually some customers prefer the switch to be inside.No acidental turning it on.And often the burgler alarm is located in the master closet

I just got inspected. The inspector did not like the switch or the outlet in walk in closet. Is thia local issuse?

If you were to put in a door switch, would the inspector see that the switch is inside the closet and fail you? Looked in the bible and found nothing on placements of closet switches. Yep, I agree, must be a local.
