Recess can lights and closets

Just finished up a house that has 10 Juno IC44 cans in the master closet, these are low voltage cans that can take a up to a 50w MR16 lamp. I have installed a shower trim on on of the cans so the owner can see the light out put and what this particular trim will look like. My question comes in play when I removed this trim and put a baffle trim up for another customer to take a look at, these baffle trims (don't recall the product number right now) has a glass lense that the MR16 sits on does this meet the requirement of a completly enclosed lamp and could you actually use this in a closet
 
you know thinking about this a little bit, I remeber that the lamp would swivel some what in side the baffel, the bottom of the lamp would be enclosed but there would be a small circle between the bottom of glass and the inside of the baffle. I was not going to use them in a closet any way, but it was one of those thoughts that say could I do this
