I installed some recess cans. Customer say she hears a popping noise randomly from the lights. I have been to the house twice and never heard anything. I’ve never had this problem. Has anyone ever ward of this?

Recess cans are nicor 4 inch rated for insulation contact
Insulation in the house is the fluffy blown in tupe
No dimmers
Bulbs are incandescent 60 watt

Many cans are aluminum - I'm going to suggest something rubbing during thermal expansion/contraction. Should cease after they have been on for a certain amount of time but then will happen again after turning lights off and they cool down.
