Reciprocating License

I am licensed in Florida and am wondering what is involved with getting a license in another state, assuming they are reciprocating. Also, can you hold two or more licenses at the same time from different states?

You will need to contact the state you are interested in to find out if they reciprocate and what is involved. You will find some information HERE that may help with who to contact.

You can hold as many licenses as you want but operating more than one business may be a problem with some state laws and statutes.

The application for PE license in another state is almost same as that in your state except it requires that you have passed FE and PE test. Different state may be slightly different on education requirement. Check the state board for details.
