Recommendations on sub-panels?

I need to add a sub-panel to the metered service panel outside providing power to additional outlets nearby. It needs to be small and accommodate two circuit breakers. Does anyone have suggestions on a model(s) please? Cutler hammer, Square D, etc?

All will be UL listed. Since they are so small and inexpensive the cost difference and features shouldn't be of any significant factor in your choice. I personally like to use a panel by the same manufacturer as the service entrance panel so the breakers would be the same if practical.

Square D has a small plastic 60A panel, will take 2 breakers (4 circuits w/ Tandems) QO24L60NRNM List price $68

A 40A one in metal: QO2L40RB List $75
A 70A one in metal: QO24L70RB List $87
Can't go wrong with the Square D QO!

Why not just an outside disconnect for like a hot tub or air conditioner and replace the tied breaker with 2 single breakers? Or, home depot has a 100A 6-space outside load center for $37, or would that be to big?
