Thanks to all who answered my posts. I asked because a Michigan St inspector made me remove all closet recepts and put a blank plate on them.
On the second one it is in the Wisconsin UDC code that fan boxes are required.

Are you saying that Arc-Fault protection for rec.
installed in a closet in a dwelling bedroom is NOT required??? If so, could you please explain.

A closet is not a bedroom plain and simple.

I an inspector couls make you AFCI protect a closet then what would stop him from requireing any room including a hall thats connected to a bedroom by a doorway to have AFCI protection?
The buck must stop at the doorway! :p
