I guess that would depend on the equipment in the RV. If there is equipment in the RV that must run on 240 then it may be a problem if 208 is provided but I suspect most of the equip in an RV will run on either. I would check first.

I agree with Dennis.
Also a lot of RVs run off of just 120v.
