redundant ground mc

where in the NEC does it specify what height you are required to use hospital grade (redundant ground) mc cable? My journeyman told me that anything below 7'6" aff in a health care facility where mc is used must be redundant ground, but I am having trouble locating where it gives such a height requirement in 517. or 330.
 
517.13 is probably what you are looking for, but, use caution, above the 7-1/2 ft the wiring method still has to have a sheath that complies as ab equipment ground so "standard" MC is still not acceptable (HCF is)
