Redundant ground

I am working in a medical suit where we have exam rooms and treatment rooms that we have wired in green mc. There is a space on the plans that is called an open gym. The exam rooms are only separated from the gym by a curtain. My question is does the open gym need to be wired with a redundant ground (green mc)

This is usually a designer issue and an AHJ call. I have had our state authority over health care systems call a gym where patients were sent for rehab be called a patient care area and was wired as such.
