Refrigerator circuit requires dedicated circuit?

Can the two kitchen appliances circuit power up the refrigerator also? Using 2008 code . Thanks!

Yes, unless the refrig requires an individual branch circuit as part of its listing instructions.

Dishwasher has internal heating element, I always put it on a separate circuit not shared with counter receptacles. I do share it with the disposer, as that is just an intermittent use item.

But according to code for minimal build? I have no idea.
