Refrigerator with water line - GFI protection required?

NEC appears to be silent on refrigerators with water and ice dispensers and this forum doesn't seem to have addressed it previously. If a refrigerator doesn't otherwise require GFCI protection, does the presence of the water line to the refrigerator trigger a requirement for GFCI protection?

I thought that is what I said. The GFCI protection has nothing to do with a refrigerator.
