Is it ok to run your ufer GEC to a sub panel and drive and additional ground rod at the service or service disconnect. I dont think it is allowed because I thought your GEC had to be contiuous from the attachment point to the service disconnect. By the way the feeder is 4 wire single phase from the service disconnect to the sub panel

The ufer needs to be connected to the main service disconnect or any part of the service.

I don't think it has to be continuous but does have to be run to the main bonding jumper.

There are several ways it can be connected up that are not continuous such as an irreversible splice.
