Does rehab in hospital setting require tamper resistant receptacle? Rheb patient room bas bath room with shower, bed, microwave. Would this be considered dorm

You need to look at Guidelines for Health Care Facilities as well as the NEC. You also need to talk to the architect and determine the occupancy to know what the area is considered. No one here can tell you what the occupancy is.
