What're about 404.1 and 404.8(B) rules? Will barrier still required between 120V and 277V circuit relays even they are less than 300V?

infinity Moderator Staff member Location New Jersey Occupation Journeyman Electrician (retired) Dec 8, 2016 #4 404.8(B) is for adjacent snap switches. A relay is not a snap switch so no barrier is required.
