Does anyone know of a good program that simulates relay logic circuits?

I'd like to test a circuit before the electricians build it. Of course, the lower the price the better, and free would be great.

If you have any kind of PLC programming software, most will allow you to test the logic in simulation mode without actually hooking it up to a PLC. Just create a program as if everything is hard wired relays, in other words don't take advantage of any of the extended capabilities of the PLC since you are simulating relay logic.

Good software is not free or cheap.

We tugged & pulled wires for about a month at one small industrial and 6-8
weeks at another to confirm their operating sequence prior to installing PLC control. We created a working ladder with this software, proved or disproved the owners thoughts on how things worked and then used those diagrams to set up the logic in our programing. Worked great.
