It depends on where in SC let everything else as well as whether you do residential or commercial. I live in NC and the residential guys make less than the commercial electricians. My guess is--- are you sitting down---- residential between $12-$16/ hr. commercial probably around $20- $25. Just a guess tho.
I did a search on google and it said $14-$19/ hour in Charleston, SC . Do a google on electrician jobs in SC. Good luck

Industrial (maintenance) ranges from $16-$45, in the Greenville area.
