relpace old 2 wire outlets

I am working on my old house to sell and would like to replace the old 2 prong outlets with new 3 prong. So I understand I must place a sticker on the outlets stating they are no equipment ground. Are these stickers readily available? Anyone know where to buy? Also is it a bad idea to run a jumper wire from the white nuteral wire to the ground lug on the outlet or does not matter?

That is an extraordinarily bad (as in, dangerous) idea! It is also a violation of the National Electrical Code. I strongly recommend you contact an electrician.
