Just a reminder to fellow electricians about the fluke (90 to 1000 volt version) . Remember that the threshold is 50 v for sensitivity to humans. I use a gb brand ncv that starts at 50 v to 1000.

I know they sell the low voltage types of flukes ncv, but they are not really practicle in commecial real world. And I know others will say they use their other meters, I have other meters too, but I still depend on the ncv gb brand, and it works pretty well.

And with all tools, you have to remember their limitations. There are conditions where a non contact voltage tester will give you a false negative.
