Remote control for Misting System Pump

Any ideas on the best system at a decent cost to remotely control a 120 volt 13 amp misting system pump? It was controlled by an X10 system that had a controlled exterior receptacle with an interior wall X10 switch located about 100 feet apart. The current X10 setup has had episodes of turning on by itself and failing to respond to any off command. X10 seems to be so 70's and with so many quirks.

Any suggestions as to the most reliable system for controlling this 13 amp motor load remotely would be appreciated....
