Remote fan/light dims

Why would a remote control variable speed ceiling fan with an incandescent light dim when the A/C kicks on? No other lights are dimming in the house.

I'm assuming you are saying it dims like you are pushing the light button to make it dim? If this is the case try using the dip switches to change the frequency that it is receiving. Might be some odd frequency the A/C is throwing.

If you are saying that it dims during A/C startup then returns to normal....I'd say it has something to do with the controller not liking the inrush of the A/C unit.
