I'm repairing some storm damage to a service that I did not install. 4-in PVC riser with PVC weather heads that are both broken and taped/wire tied together. It's a lot of connections to cut loose to the poco and to the secondary side. I'm looking for a weather head that would clamp on and allow me to install it on the end of the pipe without having to disconnect the wires. Anybody ever run into this? None of the usual manufacturers that I have access to will work.
Replacement 4in metal clamp style weatherhead without cutting splices???

You could try an Arlington PVC109 without the adapters. You would have to complete the cut to separate the base into front and back halves (if I'm not mistaken), and bend the wires so you could trust just the nuts and bolts to hold the halves together, which the cap would help do.
