Replacement LED driver

Hello guys, I am looking to purchase a replacement LED driver for some NICOR 2x2 LED lights. I suspect the LED driver is causing some of them to flicker, eventually failing. I contacted NICOR and they told me that they don't not sell replacement parts, something about UL regulations. Am I really forced to purchase a new lights over what I suspect to be faulty LED drivers? I really appreciate the help. I've included a picture of the LED driver below.
