Got my new Fluke T+PRO today. 6 weeks plus to show up and I thought finally maybe some quick tests without hauling out the DMM. May have to go back to the DMM.

From the operating instructions: "For voltages above 240 V, you must only connect to a voltage source for a MAXIMUM of 30s and then disconnect for a MINIMUM of 300s." Max OK, but Min...BS!!

That is only 10 minutes total to check for power on three incoming lines.

I hope to that is a misprint because it sure never showed up on any fliers or brochures I read.

That tester looks sweet too, can you do me a favor and update this thread as you try it out a little longer?...

As with all Flukes, it is well built and feels good. The leads are a bit short but do not tangle easily. The voltage display is great. Phase rotation indicator is a plus & should take care of the 50-50 chance for proper motor rotation. The light stays on for to short of a time after releasing the button. My biggest hangup is the max 6K ohm resistance check. We used our Greenlees, 18 meg, for checking underground faults with a never fail test record. We will adapt. I bought 2 more so I guess it is a keeper.
