I was wondering if anyone has needed to accomplish this and how long the operation took I know one side bolts in to the buss and assume the panel must be de-energized befor the attempt. I just would like to know how long it might take to complete.

Yes, the panel must be de-energized prior to doing this work (NFPA 70E, OSHA, and the manufacturer say it should be).

The breaker is held in place by one or two sheet metal screws into the mounting panel. The breaker plugs-onto the bus.

If all goes well - and that's a big IF - an hour or two. That's from the time the panel is de-energized to the time the panel is re-energized.
Clean-up AFTER the task is complete ~ the set-up/clean-up time will vary on distance to/from truck to location...general condition of the area...temp light, etc.

EDIT to add:

These panels generally have the CB's mounted the same way ...3 bolts to the bus, 2 to the frame/support...some may have more panels that need to removed than others, etc.

Standard Square D I-Line breakers do not bolt to the busbars. There is a special version of I-Line breaker that have "screw-down" clamps but these just tighten the plug-on jaws to the bus bars.
