Replacing a neutral bus bar

Hi folks,

We're adding a generator switching panel and sub panel for a detached garage and the neutral bus in the exisitng main panel is full. A few lugs even have multiple conductors already.

Question is can we just substitute a new ground bar (likely a 32 hole) in place of the exisitng 24 hole one used for the neutrals?

Plus I'd like to replace the older with with the newer one with square drive screws for ease of use and better quality.

Anything that shows as a red flag for doing this?

Thanks. I had seen that thread but got lost when it hit the "vending machine" part. Now that I read the whole thing, I understand.

Dont let that throw you. It was posted in the wrong thread. ;)
The manufacturer of the panel may have a bar with more terminals available.
