Replacing AC Combiner with multiple taps

Working with an EPC partner who is proposing a solution to avoid long lead times on LV panelboards. This system was designed with 3 PV inverters and a DAS system combining in an AC load panel. The EPC wants to move forward using 4 separate split bolt connector taps in a trough to feed each piece of equipment. This would be protected upstream before the point of interconnection (supply side) with a fused disconnect, and downstream between the inverters/DAS with additional fused disconnects. Dug around and can't find any code issues myself, does this violate any part of the code?

I don't see a problem with it as long as you follow all the tap rules. One thing is you may want to notify the Town/Ahj of the change or they may fail the job for not matching the approved plans.
