Upcoming project. Replacing an existing 400 amp service with a 600 amp service on a dairy farm. Removing existing 400 amp meter base and replacing with CT cabinet with meter installed on right side if CT cabinet.
Planning on installing a trough above cabinet extending over the left side. Coming out of cabinet to a 600 amp service rated ATS and then over to a 600 amp exterior MDP to feed the 3- 200 amp panels. All 3 panels should have a calculated load of less than 180 amps each and the existing 2 panels have 4/0 AL ungrounded wires. And 2/0 EGC. Coming out of ATS with #6 copper to 2 ground rods.
Does all this look correct? Or am I'm missing anything?

Sounds good so far but is there a metal pipe that is an electrode or do you need to bond any water lines. If that was done the grounding electrode conductor will probably need to be upsized

I don't believe there is. Going tomorrow to check things out. If so, I'll upsize the EGC.
