replacing switchgear

Hey guys, I have to replace a switchgear with an 800 amp main panel at a school. The conduits come up out of the slab about 23 inches away from the wall, but I don't believe the new panel will be that deep. I haven't got the new panel yet, but it will be a cutler hammer. I thought about a wireway under the new panel, but I think it will stick out further than 6" past the new panel. Any suggestions or creative ideas?

Order the replacement gear to match up to your existing runs.

Build the gear to the front of the trough if space permits and you can get switch heights code compliant.
